I've been taking this product for over 5 years. My thyroid tests had always been at the bottom of normal range. I'd gained a lot of weight due to other illness and started taking these just to see if they might help. I noticed more energy, better sleep at night, and I've had significant weight loss over the time. I have been on a healthy diet and exercise as able. I think this helped though because I've tried other thyroid supplements and have not had the same results so went back to this brand. I can definitely tell if I'm off of this supplement for more than a few days
Now after using this pill my thyroid tests are in the middle range of normal when tested.

I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism for 5 years but probably had it longer. I started to look for natural ways to make me feel better other than the synthroid i take daily. I didn't find a significant change in the way i felt from this product. Extra vitamins are always good but really didn't feel less tired or achey.

I have taken this product a month now. I can see that it has helped me not be so tired in the afternoon. I also sleep better at night.

I took these things for about a month or a little less. Started making my back hurt and constipated me. After stop taking them for a week or so, my back stop hurting and my body went back to normal.

I am not sure how effective this product has been. I think it has been helpful, but it could also be my change of diet.

I've been taking this for a couple of weeks and my hot flashes have lessened. I still have them, but not as often and not as bad. Haven't noticed any weight loss, but I haven't been taking them long. I will most likely reorder.
