4.0 out of 5 stars Is she...drunk?, February 25, 2010
By
Andrew Ellington (I'm kind of everywhere) - See all my reviews
(VINE VOICE)
This review is from: TiK ToK (MP3 Download)
Okay, I actually love this song for all its tacky gloriousness, but I would be foolish not to point out that her vocals are near horrendous. In fact, while the catchy trashiness of this song is kind of caught up in the lazy way she sings it, I can't help but cringe over the fact that an entire album sung in this slovenly way would be excruciating.

Seriously, is she drunk?

The song is a catchy and instantly likable club heavy pop track that illuminates the meaningless existence of this breed of celebrity. She wakes up around a bunch of near-naked women and decides to dedicate the day to partying and getting wasted (not to mention getting hot and bothered with some guys who look like decrepit rock stars).

Like I said, this is trashy fun, and I turn it up whenever it comes on the radio, but you have to acknowledge that the song is rather pointless and almost insulting to today's youth, glorifying a life that is nothing more than a joke.

I mean, who in their right mind wants to feel like P.Diddy?

5.0 out of 5 stars She Makes It Pop!, September 6, 2009

This song is so amazing!
I have played this song at least 200 times before it was officially released.
Everyone should purchase this song if you want to hear fun pop/electro music.
