A Key Book in Finding True Relaxation!,

This book is an extension of the Kum Nye series. It builds upon the lessons in Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga: A Complete Guide to Health and Wellbeing and The Joy of Being: Advanced Kum Nye Practices for Relaxation, Integration and Concentration (Tibetan Yoga), both of which are truly excellent books for practical relaxation through yoga. Tibetan Relaxation is a stand-alone book as well. It uses simple, well-illustrated exercises to bring about deep, long-lasting relaxation. I found after doing just a few exercises, my immediate tension went away. After continuing for a couple weeks, I started going about life with less stress and avoiding several conflicts. Do yourself a favor and try out this book!
The Kum Nye DVD series is also excellent: Kum Nye - Healing the Four Energy Centers, Kum Nye - Stimulating and Transforming Energies. Kum Nye - Developing Wholeness of Energy, and Kum Nye - The Art of Developing Balance.

Extremely easy to read and easy to use. Just the sort of book every beginner needs to start on the road to transformation.
