I guess all babies have a bit of round belly.

It is way too tight around the waist.

My baby is average size.

My daughter is a very petite 18 months, and these are far too tight in the waist. Very disappointed! You would think it wasn't too hard to get it right. Sending them back.

After searching for navy tights at 4 different stores at 2 different malls (Nordstrom, BRU, Children's place, Macy's) to no avail, I was seriously considering putting some white tights on this kid. Thankfully, Amazon had just what we were looking for! Navy tights, and thick ones to boot. They are exactly what you would expect. The size 12 - 24 fit my newly 1-year-old perfectly with a little room to grow. At 22lb 10oz and 30.5 inches the tights bunch up around her ankles. They aren't too tight and they don't fall down, so we're happy.

Our little one is quite small for her age (20lbs at 19months, and in the 10% for height) I purchased the 6-12mo size and these fit perfectly with just a little wiggle room to grow.

The cotton is soft, the waistband comfy. I have washed twice on delicate cycle and they have held up well so far.

Need black tights for our daughter for her Halloween costume & these arrived in a timely fashion. The quality was as described & we're entirely happy with this purchase.

When opening the package, the tights looked extremely small around the waist, but they are very stretchy and nice and soft. Our little girl is tall and slender, and these worked great! I bought them a size bigger and now she will be able to fit into them all winter! LOVE!

These have got to be the best thick cotton tights I have used on my daughter that is now 15 months. I bought these twice for her last winter and I am buying them again this year.

Pros: - Thick cotton keeps her legs warm

- Awesome price

- Wear well with use, didn't shrink in dryer

- 6-12 Month size fit her perfectly from 6-9 Months until it got warm out

- Stretchy for proper fit

Cons: - Dirt didn't wash out all the way on knee area. Expected for color white

- Sizing may be off for babies with a little extra chubby

- Should come in more color options

I also bought the Tic Tac Toe brand organic socks and I will be writing a review on those after my daughter wears them for a while. Happy Shopping!

Bought these for my daughter for her birthday, she's now 15 months old and has worn them several times. I can see where the other people could complain about the waist being too tight, but these fit her wonderfully, and if I think its squishing her belly unnecessarily I simply pull them up or just push the front down under her belly. They wash and wear very well and I'm really glad I bought them, they keep her nice and warm!

The tights are cute, well made and warm. The waist is not too tight on my daughter's chubby belly. She does not mind wearing them at all. The material seems soft and doesn't scratch. They are not too bulky to wear under dresses.

These are super thick and warm. They don't ball up when washed like a lot of store bought brands do. I think these are a good quality product.
