Hey, there's your obesity busting low fat diet - just have the kids skim Martha Stewart's food magazines while walking that treadmill!
But DO NOT FEED THEM THIS FOOD!
Mercifully there is only a few dozen "recipes" of five minute preparation here.
Like, first of all, check the fat content on those Ritz crackers, ok?
Then you are going to put a chunk of cheese in there?!
AND SMEAR LARGE GOBS OF PEANUT BUTTER IN THERE TOO?!
Why not go whole hog - DEEP FAT FRY THE THINGIES AND PLATE THEM UP FOR THE KIDS while you watch TV . . .
