Format: Perfect Paperback
Do not be fooled by the writer's wallpaper.

These snacks INCREASE obesity rather than fight it.

Still the photography in this brief (38 page) brochure of a few dozen "recipes" is to die for, straight out of Everyday Food.

Hey, there's your obesity busting low fat diet - just have the kids skim Martha Stewart's food magazines while walking that treadmill!

But DO NOT FEED THEM THIS FOOD!

Mercifully there is only a few dozen "recipes" of five minute preparation here.

Like, first of all, check the fat content on those Ritz crackers, ok?

Then you are going to put a chunk of cheese in there?!
HELLO!??

AND SMEAR LARGE GOBS OF PEANUT BUTTER IN THERE TOO?!

Why not go whole hog - DEEP FAT FRY THE THINGIES AND PLATE THEM UP FOR THE KIDS while you watch TV . . .

What is this anyway, the Elvis School of Weight-Loss?
Let's go Fergie, everybody!

Nice photos - gets a star for the art design.

But take a pass on this pamphlet and take a walk with your kids with a nice bag of oranges and some water.

Format: Perfect Paperback
I found this book to be very helpful....I am always looking for good healthy alternatives for my kids and this provided me with some great ideas....The presentation ideas in the book were fantastic, using colorful plates and mixing colorful foods has made all the difference is our family.

Format: Perfect Paperback
Recently, I decided to get rid of most of the junk food (chips, cookies, candy) in my house because my kids were consuming way too many of these empty calories. I wanted to replace the junk food with healthier alternatives, but wasn't sure what to buy. This book was a savior! It has easy to serve, delicious healthy snack ideas to keep your kids happy and healthy!
