About the Author
Dr. Gina La Monica has a doctorate in education from Pepperdine University. She has been a tenured college professor of Health Education and has been teaching in this field for over 19 years. Dr. La Monica also has degrees in Exercise Physiology. Previous to teaching, she worked in the medical field helping patients with their diets and exercise programs.
