It is good that we have this wonderful author Stephanie Kenrose who wrote a very informative and useful book like this.

I read her website thoroughly, then, expecting that I would find MUCH more information in the book, I ordered it for my kindle.

I only bought it because I'm going on now almost 5 months with rib/sternum pain and was desperate enough to buy this book.

There was not enough information on Tietze's Syndrome and too much on Ms. Kenrose life. I found more information on the internet and from the National Organization of Rare Disease [NORD]. NORD has a toll-free number 1-800-999-6673, they are there to answer question and to guide you to the correct physician, or teaching hospitals, etc. The book was overpriced for $19.61 plus shipping very disappointing.

Honestly, the information in this e-book could be found anywhere on the Internet. I only bought it because I'm going on now almost 5 months with rib/sternum pain and was desperate enough to buy this book.

Again, though, there is nothing noted in this book that you would not find in other sources on the Internet, even the author's own website.

It hurts to give up $9 for nothing.

This well written book describes the author's "year long journey" at 26 years old to figure out what exactly she had and the root cause of her heart attack symptoms. After being repeatedly misdiagnosed, she explains what exactly Tietze's Syndrome is and how this rare and terrifying disease affects so many unknowingly.

Incorporating the highly informative facts and specifics is a great narrative wonder that compliments and intrigues the reader's curiosity, even to those of us that do not have this disease. Stephanie explains what the symptoms are, their difference from similar diseases, possible causes, testing, treatment and even dietary suggestions to improve the condition. This is a great FAST GUIDE to learn from as she's already tested the treatment and diet with great success over the last 2 decades.

Told as a friend, narrating her own incredible story, she shows others how to find immediate help, sparring them the wasted time, energy and money that the author experienced. For those that may have Tietze's Syndrome, her story makes you feel like you're not alone. If you have heart attack like symptoms with contradicting test results, unexplainable chest pains or know someone that does, this book is for you.

Took only 10 minutes to read. This book was not informative. I found more useful information searching the internet. Definitely was not worth the price.

This book is so informative about this rare and painful disease. Explains what the symptom are and how they are different from other similar conditions like Costochondritis. Gives good information about what may be the causes of Tietze's. It also lists many treatments that are available and also gives some suggestions for diet changes that often help people with Tietze's Syndrome.
I would suggest it to anyone who has had heart attack symptoms and tests didn't indicate heart problems. Anyone who has this disease, or knows someone who does they need to read this book.
It's written in layman's terms by a women who has experienced the illness, and had a difficult time having it diagnosed.

This is an excellent book. The only thing doctors tell you to do is rest and take antiinflammatories which only relieves the symptoms. Ms. Kenrose changed her diet to almost all Raw foods. I believe that's what healed her. I wish I would of found this book when I first had Tietze syndrome.

I bought this book, along with another, for my mother. She suffers from tietze's syndrome herself, and this book really helped her. Even simple changes suggested by the book really helped her.
