It is good that we have this wonderful author Stephanie Kenrose who wrote a very informative and useful book like this.
I read her website thoroughly, then, expecting that I would find MUCH more information in the book, I ordered it for my kindle.
I only bought it because I'm going on now almost 5 months with rib/sternum pain and was desperate enough to buy this book.
