OK... yes its expensive. But this is the definative bible on Tiffany & Company silver. A lavish volume packed to capacity with b/w & color images, line drawings and an outstanding history. A must have for the advanced collector or the appraiser like my self. Nearly a life time of work from Mr. Carpenter. Outstanding.

Nice book, but.....,

Nice book, but I have the older version and thought this new edition would have more info. I was wrong. With the exception of the introduction, the text and illustrations are identical to the older version. Why is it important to point this out? Because the older version can be obtained for a lot less money that this current edition.
