This CD, one of a series, is the best in the group! The music, which is done by a professional orchestra, is very inspiring and uplifting. Beautiful to listen to.

If you want a good Chinese music cd to work out with, this IS the one!

I use it for my Kung Fu workouts and trust me, this cd gets you in a good powerfull TIGER spirit!

Generally am a fan of this series; I find it relaxing yet deeply moving. Especially as related to Chi Gung. Maybe I have to listen to it some more but found this particuler disc just OK, the tracks didn't speak to me.
