I enjoyed using this product in both salads as well as other cooked vegetarian dishes. I can't put my finger on why - I quickly grew tired of the taste of this curry! Regardless of personal preference over unique curry mixes, I'd have to say this product would benefit from a bit more spice, perhaps by adding in more dried pepper. I'd purchase it again once I've experienced some other products beforehand.
