5.0 out of 5 stars Dash's finest, November 18, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Tiger Town (Audio CD)
Few bands know quite when their ride is at a midpoint, and for Dash, this record typifies just that. Following Ace of Clubs and Boiled Alive, Tigertown is arguably Dash at its acme. With the tightest, most fluid songwriting of any Davis offering, this album makes the most sense of anything before or since. 'True Drunk Love' and 'Fallin' Apart' need to be re-released and given a serious shot at radio airtime. This one-two punch may be Dash's only chance of catapulting itself over 'Smokin' Pot'.
