This is by far the best golf game for the GBA. This time around you get multiple courses, better options and a much better control system. Gone is the "press A to begin backswing, press A again to swing, etc." This time, it controls like the Game Cube version (the directional pad controls the backswing & swing) and the "A" button controls the overhead view, and the BEST part is "PUTTING IS A DREAM"! I even hooked this baby up to my Game Boy Player for Game Cube, and it's fabulous from the graphics to the control with the GC controller. If you enjoyed "Tiger Woods PGA Golf", this one will blow you away. The only question is why does that strange little man jump up & down screaming "Tiddly Bop Canarsie Tell Me A Story Mom" every few minutes, and WHAT DOES IT MEAN??? He starts to dance and take off some of his clothing, and it kind of weirds me out. But anyway, other than that addition to the 2004 version, this is a leap in the right direction for this series! Buy it now!

This game is fun and it saves your game constantly which is a huge plus. Unfortunately, putting is so easy that it may as well not even exist in the game. Putting is a tedious chore with no challenge. Otherwise this game is great.

You may want to wait for Mario Golf to be released if you like putting in your golf game.

I just recently purchased a Game Boy Advance unit, so as to balance my work and personal lives a bit better by revisiting the era of youthfulness in my soul. Needless to say, I am having loads of fun! (grin)

One of the three games I first purchased was Tiger Woods Golf and it is, so far, my favorite of the three I've gotten thus far. The display on the screen is crystal clear - as opposed to some of the other games I've seen in a Game Boy (not as clear and actually a bit hard to see) - hence making the game very enjoyable to play.

The options for modes of playing - ranging from a PGA Tour, to a shootout, to a challenge in beating the other golfers in the last 9 holes, to simply practicing your golf swings - is awesome!

It is becoming addictive to play this game! I highly recommend it - even for those who are not avid golf fans, as it is still a very enjoyable game to play.
