Highly recommended. Filled with useful, helpful ideas and activities on planning, visioning, sustainability, avoiding burnout, and more. Also a great book for trainers. Lots of excercises and activities. I've never written an Amazon review before, but saw no one had reviewed this great book... so had to write something!

This is a very useful resource by an Australian activist and consultant, Katrina Shields. The book provides advice and exercises on addressing activist burnout, improving group dynamics, and defining one's vision and purpose. I often reference this book when I'm preparing a training or workshop for an advocacy group.
