I did this video for the first time today, & I thought it was one of the best I've ever done. It's only 30 minutes, so it's not that difficult to fit into a tight schedule. I'd consider myself an intermediate level of fitness, & it was somewhat challenging for me. It concentrates quite a bit on moves for the legs & buttocks, & you can really feel the burn, more than I even expected. (Even if you're a more advanced level of fitness you could make it more challenging by using hand & ankle weights.) Not only is the lower body the area I most need work on, but using these large muscle groups it really gets your heart rate up. The abs section isn't very long, but it's also quite challenging, but she shows easier modifications if you need it. Great video!

I found that this exercise video includes a really good lower body workout using a step. You can do without the step if you dont have one or you are a beginner. One of the ladies in the video show how the exercises are done without a step. It also includes some upper body exercises with weights, working the biceps, shoulders and back. Then it ends with a short abs workout. Tamilee has a really wonderful style, not in the least bit annoying. Warning, there is no warm up, so take about 2minutes to warm up before starting. I think this is an excellent workout that can be done in 30minutes.I am definately looking for more Tamilee videos.

If you want to do a workout that will leave your legs screaming for a break, this is the one for you! I have stronger than average legs and took on this new workout - I am now getting a superb leg workout --- I cannot say enough about this video!! I do like how Tamilee incorporated the step in this video and the option to continue to increase the fitness challenge. I also really like the arm workout. This also allows for the ever so needed break after the first leg workout --- just in time to go back for some more! By the time this video ends, time has flown by - as it does require your full attention. (The music is gret too!) Tamilee once again uses her no nonsense, straight forward approach to deliver a workout that kicks butt and then some! If you do this workout properly, you'll have an elevated heartrate, end up drenched in sweat, and soon see the desired results! *** It is easy to add on another video(s) to make this workout even more challenging.
