Buy this CD or else!,

This is my favorite Deadbolt album. It's the perfect music to listen to while getting a root canal or while being hog-tied by a militant band of angry Estonian midgets. My favorite song is Patches The Clown. If I ever become a dictator of a country I'll make it the national anthem.

Voodoobilly's Finest,

This cd is fantastic, tied closely with "Voodoo Trucker". There is some phenomenal music going on here! I'm hard pressed to pick favorite tracks but "Voodoobilly Man", "Who the Hell is Mrs. Valdez", "Tiki Man", "Insecto". and "Cockeye" are worth mentioning. This disc belongs in ANY music fan's collection. If this is your first Deadbolt cd, you've made a great choice! Now go buy "Voodoo Trucker" and "I Should Have Killed You". I said NOW!!!

If Tarantino were to ever make a gruesome horror movie this would be the soundtrack.

When you think voodoo-billy, you know Deadbolt is THE ORIGINAL VOO-DOO sound.I've worn out six cds of Tiki Man, my personal favorite. If you haven't heard it, hold on tight and listen to the scariest band in the world!

Creeping Death,

I have been a fan of these guys for a few years...this album is by far the best! Imagine taking a road trip to Hell, riding in a long black '65 Oldsmobile 98. Greasey and hypnotic...Voodoobilly Man. Deranged from the trip....Insecto. On and on...this is the blueprint for pulp lifestyle and gritty humor.

It is THE Sound for the new millineum,
By A Customer
This review is from: Tiki Man (Audio CD)
I am not a fan of alternative music, but this album knocked me out! I was hooked on this band when I heard their music on the advertisement for the X Games a year or so ago. Their sound is easy to listen to, and the lyrics are hilarious! A great band that has a lot of following across the country that I'd like to see a lot more of!

This album is wonderful. Deadbolt at their best. Tongue firmly in check. It's minimal surf/rockabilly is contagious. If I play this driving late at night I don't want to stop.
Can I fix Patches the Clown up with my ex? I saw Deadbolt for the first time in January opening for the Rev. Heat. I saw them last month on their own bill and was blown away. This time they only had one bass player but still were great.

I'll walk through Death Valley naked....,

"The World's Scariest Band." I have been listening to Deadbolt for over 14 years and they never get old. I miss the days of drinking whiskey and seeing them play at the Casbah in San Diego. If you have not listened to Deadbolt, I strongly suggest this album for starters. The dark surf sound mixed with rockabilly is amazing.
