THE BEST CHEESE EVER!!! Plus it is rennet free, which makes this cheese sutiable for vegetarians. It has such a wonderful flavor and is hard but when you chew it the cheese becomes silky smooth in your mouth. Did I mention the taste is amazing? You wont be dissapointed with this purchase. I recomend buying this at your local store if you know they sell it, I dont know if its such a good idea to buy cheese over the internet.

I TOOK A CHANCE ON GETTING CHEESE THROUGH THE INTERNET BUT ONCE I TRIED IT I WAS VERY PLEASED IT WAS VERY TASTY AND I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ALL!!!!!

This is the best cheese I have ever had. It is sweet but not overpowering, creamy but not too much. Excellent flavor!

What makes Tillamook medium cheddar stand out from the rest? For me, it's really a combination of factors.

First of all, it's a bit sharper than standard medium cheddar, and has a nice cheddar tang. At the same time, it's not so overpoweringly sharp that it overpowers other ingredients in your cooking. Finally, Tillamook medium cheddar melts well when cooking.

Any sharper, and you can't cook with it as easily. Any milder and you miss out on a lot of flavor. it's a perfect balance of attributes.

nothing extra special, but a very tasty, high quality cheese, with good texture, aroma, and taste and no harsh or unpleasant aftertaste you sometimes get with a cheaper cheddar. would buy again.
