I love this cheese for Mac & Cheese! It is my husbands favorite.
I just wish we could find larger loafs. 8oz isnt enough for one mac & cheese. If you ever visit the tillamook cheese factory you can buy this type in bulk. I recommend it. Let me know if you ever start selling the 5 lb loaf. thanks!

Tillamook's Garlic White Cheddar is getting harder and harder to find. And I am so addicted to it! If you haven't tried it yet, give yourself a treat and buy some. Great with True North's Pistachio Crisps and not a lot of calories for such great eating!
