The Welder's Bag, August 1, 2010
The description for this bag is completely accurate: you have space for your welding helmet, gloves, and some knick-nacks in a front pouch. The front pouch seals via velcro, but the description on the packaging said something about a hook(?). It's big enough for some keys and a cell phone, I have my safety glasses in there with room to spare. The side, netted pouches are wide enough to hold two gloves on one side (with some clever squeezing) and a rod-holder on another. I put my apron and noise canceling headphones in the main compartment, underneath my helmet. It's a tight fit, but I am able to bring all my welding stuff on one shoulder. The down side being, of course, that it is a tight fit. And, the bag itself is made out of poly... so don't keep it near a flame. :P For the price, though, you can't complain. It sure beats lugging a metal box around.
