I originally purchased this rack in Jan 2010, it took several weeks to be delivered. Once delivered I found that the holes were drillied improperly and it was missing several pieces. Tilt a Rack took several more weeks to send the correct parts, but the holes were so mis-aligned that it still wouldnt work. I was told by tilt a rack that they would send me a replacement unit. This took well over a month, and when I got it, the new unit was also missig parts and the holes were mis-aligned. I had to go buy a drill, and after redrilling and combinging parts from both units, I finally got one that worked somewhat. My original purchase was made on January 5th and it took over 100 days before I was able to use it. The quality of this unit is dreadful, it is very flimsy and difficult to operate. Do yourself a favor and look for other brands.
