About the Author

Tim Love has been perfecting his recipes for over 12 years, and he now owns Lonesome Dove Western Bistro in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards. He and his wife, Emilie, opened the doors in June 2000 and have been expanding ever since. On any given night you can find Emilie smiling at the door and Tim in the kitchen with a cowboy hat on, Texas hospitality is their specialty. Tim is also a guest chef at regional cooking schools and owns a restaurant consulting firm. He and Emilie live in Fort Worth with their son Tannahill.

Tim Love has a taken Western cusine to a new level, one that home cooks can accomplish. This book uses a variety of ingredients and techiniques to get awesome results, his tips make it easy to learn the ways of the pros. If you dont' have a Central Market or Whole Foods near you, you might need to plan a trip. This book has great recipes, and is also a beautiful book with lots of great photography. The stuffed tenderloin is amazing!!
