Timbuk2 2-Way On-Strap Phone Holder

I like this product. The small is too small for an iPhone 4 or 3gs, you will need the medium.
Why can't they state what devices fit the small/medium?

We bought one of these Timbuk2 2-way in the Medium size for my husband to carry his iPhone on his belt. We really liked how it could be placed horizontally and that it has a soft interior plus a little pocket. My husband has a Frogz case on his iPhone and it fits inside the 2-way perfectly! He also keeps his Kensington mini battery pack in the pocket of the case so he'll always have extra power for the iPhone.

I liked the case so much that I bought one for myself to use for my Blackberry Bold. It easily attaches to my Timbuk2 messenger bag strap and I also use it just by itself in my purse. It's so much thinner than the holster that came with my Blackberry!

This Case was a GODSEND. I looked everywhere for an external phone case for my backpack/messenger bag that was BIG eneough to fit my phone with a rubberized sleeve on it. I normally just put my phone in my bag and when it rings, I have to fish around my bag just to answer the phone. Not anymore! I am VERY happy to report that it fits my iphone with Rubber case already on it!!!. The fit is a little tight but what can you expect when the iphone ALREADY has a case on it. If you don't have a case on it the iphone fits PERFECTLY.

- Fits snuggly to any strap with Valero Flaps or optional Strap loop
- Is Easily Removable if you switch backpacks or need to take the case with you
- Appears to have VERY STURDY Construction. Looks like it should last a LONG LONG TIME>

CONS
- Fits rather snuggly in the case which makes it a little difficult to remove
- Is easily removable if you just use the Velcro to attach. I wouldn't recommend to leaving your bag unattended with it on.
Overall a Great Case.

The size medium Timbuk2 case is a perfect fit for average-sized smartphones like a Motorola Droid or Apple iPhone, either with or without a slim skin case. Don't know how well it will work some of the new super-sized Android phones. Unlike a lot of cases, this one is thin and not bulky, but still has a thin fleece inner surface to protect your touch screen. The Velcro on the back is designed to wrap around a vertical strap like on a messenger bag or backpack. Won't work so well on a horizontal belt. Note that the case is not waterproof since there are holes on the sides.

Works as advertised. I just wanted to point out to those who are curious that it fits an iPhone 4 with a bumper.

So I've been using my big blue timbuk2 msgr bag for about 2 years now, and boutght the 2way holder the other day.

-velcro, you can slip the 2way holder on without taking yer' bag's strap off
(seeing as timbuk2's strap is sealed on both ends, doesn't come off or apart, just shorter and longer)

This thing doesn't feel as comfortable on as I felt w/o it on.
Just digs into you a bit, that <1mm bit of extra material between the strap and you. I s'pose this can't be helped. 4 stars.

This snazzy little case holds my palm z22 handheld PERFECTLY. It's made from ballistic fabric, has room for cards, and straps to a backpack, bike or purse strap. It's lightweight and secures with velcro. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to protect their palm in style without paying a lot or getting a case not made for the z22 that doesn't fit. It's also fantastic for phones, mp3 players and other electronics.

And it doesn't look all that great in person. It looks puny and wrinkled up. The stitching is below average for a fancy product. There is nothing special about this at all.

It is definitely too small to fit any smart phone/iphone type of phone.

I bought this case to fit on my Timbuk2 messenger bag. It works great! I attach it to the strap and it provides easy access to my iPhone4 while I'm carrying the bag on my shoulder. I have an Otterbox Defender on the phone and the case is a little snug, but the phone still fits. It would fit perfectly with a slightly less bulky case. It also has a slot that works well for my Id or could be used for a drivers license, credit card, etc. We need to swipe in to get into our school and it gives me easy access to the id as well. Great product!

Purchased the 2-way in Medium for my Blackberry Curve. Even though I purchased a protective rubber cover for the BB, I can still extract the BB with a little friction. This is being used vertically on a pack shoulder strap, where it works well. Also works fine on the belt in the horizontal position. The Phone Holder is my second Timbuk2 product and I'm impressed with both. Feels quality.
