I've had this bag for approximately 1.5 years and I've been using it to commute to work everyday since I purchased it. So far no complaints--the reflective material is very bright and so far the bag has held up fine with daily use. The grey fabric on the shoulder pad and the back of the bag is showing some fuzziness from it rubbing against my back but it doesn't seem like its affecting the structural integrity of the bag. This bag is somewhat expensive but if you bike home in the dark (especially in the winter up here in the Northeast) the extra visibility is totally worth it.
