And you can pack the Patrol heavy or keep it light thanks to the external compression straps. Other features include a grab strap for easy lifting and an external water bottle pocket. The Patrol--which fits laptops as large as 17 by 11.5 by 1.5 inches--measures 14.5 by 19 by 8 inches (W x H x D) and weighs 4.1 pounds.
