I love this bag for its storage, lightness and look. The straps sit well on my shoulder and it is very comfortable to carry. I have been using it for LESS THAN a month (got it for Christmas) and today when I went to pick it up - the metal buckle that holds the handle to the bag snapped. I don't carry anything but a laptop and my ipad in it so I know i did not over load the bag. Seriously disappointed.
