Simply, utterly amazing, October 25, 2007
Bruce Becvar...hmm, who's he? Well, I didn't know either until I discovered him quite by accident. A little over ten years ago, I was working at the Brown Palace Hotel in Denver, when we hosted a convention for a company called Soundtrack.
When they packed up and left, they also left behind a couple cases of sample cds. They sat there for over six months until I asked our purchasing manager if they were ever going to pick them up. Rick isn't always too bright and forgot to tell me it was okay to take them, so naturally, I got first pick.
I'd heard of Lorenna McKennit through my wife, so that was already a score. But I not only found Bruce Becvar, but also Nickleback and Sevendust as well. I listened to both of them first, but when I heard the incredible musical talents of Bruce, I became an instant fan. That's coming from a guy who was mostly into classic rock and heavy metal before that.
Here's a few of his amazing credits;
Bruce has done work with Santana, the Who, the Peter Frampton Band, Celine Dion, Roberta Flack, Michael Bolton, the Jackson Five and many others. Not only is he a master of music, he also creates unique guitars and exotic instruments that are currently on display at the New York Metropolitan Museum. His twelve albums and many collaborations date back to the 80's, but Bruce hasn't courted fame and fortune, but chooses to focus on truly helping people to benefit from just listening.

Since 1994, I have sent this album to countless souls across the globe, each agreeing the music of Bruce is nothing less than inspiring, relaxing and invigorating. I feel like a bringer of peace and joy, via the music of Bruce Becvar.

Amazingly relaxing, July 31, 2004
This album is great if you love to hear guitars and spanish influences throughout the music. It is really beautiful music and will not fail to put you in a relaxed mood. My personal favorite tracks would have to be "jacarandigo", "seventh heaven" and "shaktipat". This is a must for a nice peaceful sunny afternoon... you won't regret checking this out!
Enjoy!

Nice cd by bruce becvar. The disc obtains a best of overvieuw of his best period in his career so far. When a musician decides to chose a different path in his career it should be his choice, I think this kind of music sounds best when it remains simple without any complicated instruments added. I love the opening track, by faraway his best title. If you do not own any music by bruce becvar...this one is a good choice.
