Book Description

August 14, 2007
Whether for personal, organizational, or health-related reasons, tracking the feeding schedule of a newborn is an essential and vital part of keeping a baby healthy and happy. The Time to Feed Baby journal is designed for jotting down the details of each feeding, and for making note of new foods as they are introduced to the baby's diet.
With a concealed wire-O binding that allows the journal to lie flat (for mothers who are writing with one hand and taking care of the baby with the other), Time to Feed Baby also includes a pocket in the back for storing articles, doctor information, and other loose notes related to breast-feeding. Beautifully designed with colors fit for the mother of a baby girl or boy, Time to Feed Baby also makes a great baby shower gift.

128 pages (guided), 5 3/8 x 8 3/4 inches, with a concealed wire-O binding

Yes, I could have used any plain spiral-bound notebook to track my baby's feedings, but I loved using this journal instead. It allows you to write in the dates, track the day's feedings & diaper changes, and has ample room for notes.

4.0 out of 5 stars A good journal, October 17, 2008

This journal was good for us to keep track of our girls feeding schedule after they came home from the NICU to ensure they were eating enough and when. The one thing I didn't like is that it put a lot of emphasis on breastfeeding and had a lot of space taken up with breastfeeding info. For those of us who formula feed, this was kind of a waste of space that they could have added more pages to record feedings. Overall, it is very helpful though and had spaces for notes on each feeding as well.

I bought 3 of these books. Two for gifts and one for myself because I was getting ready to start solids with my baby and thought a journal would be good to keep up with. The advertisement said you could keep up with nursering as well as solids. I did not see a place to keep up with solids but I didn't look at it really close.
