Until recently Jean Francis owned her own catering company, coordinating the many different occasions that mark life?s milestones such as birth, marriage and death. An innovative approach to what has been a taboo area for too long. Jean Francis's book is packed with practical ideas for all those who do not want to go down the conventional route to saying goodbye to their loved ones when the time comes. The sheer variety of what can be done is set out as a series of personal stories of loving closures to the physical life. It is an ideal reference book as well as being a fascinating read. Should be on everyone's book shelf.
