Almost all of the 5-star reviews of this book are paid reviewers who served to force the rating of this book FAR above where it should truly be. As I began reading this book, it became clear it was designed to serve one purpose only – to sell books and make the author money. On further inspection, the book is self-published by the author.

The book starts with a 15 point list for time management tips with such gems as: Make a Priority List, Use a Calendar, and Plan your Time. It’s like it was written for a middle school audience but sold to anyone who would be willing to buy it. It is a mind-numbing list of things that anyone who made it through high school would have had to have some handle on to graduate. Looking up the author online, it becomes more obvious when he has self-published 47 books ranging in topics from time management, to diets to speed reading. He probably searches the internet for a topic, reads a few forums and then regurgitates the information into a book that he hopes a few people will read. I, I am sad to say, was one of those people.

Do not buy this book. You will get just as much from Googling "time management tips" and browsing a few of the top hits. That's what the author did right before he wrote this "book".

If he wrote "make a list" and "prioritize tasks" one more time... He repeated the same information over and over, which is not incredibly beneficial for a book that is only about 100 pages long. It was not very informative as well. He made a lot of claims but never really backed anything up with intelligent thoughts or research. It was very basic and would be helpful for a high schooler. The following quote from his book literally made me laugh out loud, "There's a lot of wisdom communicated here. For sure, as a person who values time, you will derive something useful from this list and apply it in your daily life". It was a list of 7 incredibly basic thoughts. Wouldn't recommend this book at all.

This is a basic time management guide. Since I have been in business for nearly half a century and have done a fair amount of reading on time management, I didn't learn anything new. However, the book will probably be quite helpful to someone who is a novice in time management. I did find some of the phrasing and word choices a little odd, as if English might be a second language for the author or as if the author were trying to avoid sounding casual.

This is the third book on time management I've read this week, and I liked this the best. Clocking in at just over 80 pages, this book has a lot of information on the topic, but investing the time into it will pay off as soon as you apply the concepts illustrated here. If you are a college student or stressed at work, you might want to check this out.

Concise and easy to follow rules to getting your life on track and using time the most effect way. Author Michael E. Reese lays out an doable plan with manageable tools to organize your time for the most efficiency. Simply by using lists, setting reasonable goals, and knowing how to triage duties give the reader a power to accomplish anything. Smart as well as simple, anyone who puts these ideas into practice will accomplish their every dream. It's really all about staying focused, setting realistic goals, knowing how to delegate and most importantly, understanding what to let go. Great book for anyone who is overwhelmed by the expectations imposed on ourselves, by ourselves.

this excellent book is written serves to prove the title.

It is well-written...it is concise...ultra informative...it pulls no punches, but fires point-blank at a time management problem...then the author shows you what is being done incorrectly and how to fix it.

After having read several other time management books I can honestly suggest you use your time reading Reese's work because it is the best on the market. He uses HIS time well in presenting so many intelligent tips to people in different fields.

If you are trying to juggle multiple tasks while keeping your sanity you NEED this book, it will change your life if you read and put the ideas into action. It is concise and all-encompassing but you must practice all that you have gleaned from Reese's work. The time you spend with this book is well worth it for the information you take away with you.

This was an easy read. The book did not take a lot of time to understand key points. I would recommend this to others struggling to grasp control of their day.
