Almost all of the 5-star reviews of this book are paid reviewers who served to force the rating of this book FAR above where it should truly be. As I began reading this book, it became clear it was designed to serve one purpose only – to sell books and make the author money. On further inspection, the book is self-published by the author.

The book starts with a 15 point list for time management tips with such gems as: Make a Priority List, Use a Calendar, and Plan your Time. It’s like it was written for a middle school audience but sold to anyone who would be willing to buy it. It is a mind-numbing list of things that anyone who made it through high school would have had to have some handle on to graduate. Looking up the author online, it becomes more obvious when he has self-published 47 books ranging in topics from time management, to diets to speed reading. He probably searches the internet for a topic, reads a few forums and then regurgitates the information into a book that he hopes a few people will read. I, I am sad to say, was one of those people.

Do not buy this book. You will get just as much from Googling "time management tips" and browsing a few of the top hits. That's what the author did right before he wrote this "book".

If he wrote "make a list" and "prioritize tasks" one more time... He repeated the same information over and over, which is not incredibly beneficial for a book that is only about 100 pages long. It was not very informative as well. He made a lot of claims but never really backed anything up with intelligent thoughts or research. It was very basic and would be helpful for a high schooler. The following quote from his book literally made me laugh out loud, "There's a lot of wisdom communicated here. For sure, as a person who values time, you will derive something useful from this list and apply it in your daily life". It was a list of 7 incredibly basic thoughts. Wouldn't recommend this book at all.

This is a basic time management guide. Since I have been in business for nearly half a century and have done a fair amount of reading on time management, I didn't learn anything new. However, the book will probably be quite helpful to someone who is a novice in time management. I did find some of the phrasing and word choices a little odd, as if English might be a second language for the author or as if the author were trying to avoid sounding casual.

Not earth shattering and nothing new in my opinion. Certainly not a bad book but its hard to say much anymore that hasn't been said about time management.

This is probably one of the better books on time management because it is so thorough. No matter where you are in life, who you are and so forth this book has the techniques you need. Because time keeps going and never stops and we cannot control it. But what we can do is use the little time we have at our disposal to the best of our abilities and maximize what we do in life. This book is worth the buy on this alone.

If you are trying to learn how to better organize your life this book will give you a great starting point. It is short (80 pages or so) but it contains a lot of good tips in those few pages.

If you have previously studied time-management this book will give you a good "refresher" course and it can easily be read while traveling or waiting for appointments.
