This cd is a must have for everyone! So many of us are under so much stress daily that to be in a completely relaxed state daily is incredibly healthy. I have experienced great results from listening to Beth's calming voice and the music is just as tranquil.

I highly recommend this CD! It is THE BEST relaxation CD I have tried (and I have tried many). Beth's style is soothing and comforting, just what I need for insomnia and for general life coping skills.

I am a massage therapist and I have used "a time for relaxation" during some of my massage sessions as well as using it for personal relaxation. I find that my cleints really like listening to this cd and I notice that they get much more relaxed and end in a positive state of mind. I enjoy listening to this cd myself. I use the "breathing" and "awareness of body relaxation" to help me feel more calm and centered before starting a massage session. I especially like the "guided imagery" to help destress after a hectic day. "The loving kindness meditation" sends me out into the world with a positive attitude toward life in general.

I don't usually do meditation, but my sister gave me A Time For Relaxation and I really liked it. It helped me fall asleep when I had lots of stuff on my mind and I found it really relaxing during my exam week.

I have used it while 'resting' in the afternoon and it certainly
gives one a sense of calm and peace.
Her voice is perfect for this type of CD

I absolutely love relaxing to this CD by Beth Freschi and Nathan Schilz. It's so calming just to lie back and listen to Beth's soothing voice intertwined with Nathan's beautiful music - it gives me chills every time. I feel better and lighter afterward each time that I hear it. I would recommend this to anyone. Thanks for a great CD!

I am usually particular of this type of meditation...
However the well balanced Guide/Music, by Beth Freschi and Nathan Schilz offers a way to come down from a tumultuous day and simply remember to breathe.
The Imagery offers the gateway to chill-out and then, the dream state kicks in- out of the blue- and then drift off to sleep- naturally.
- In fact! I DO NOT suggest listening in the car or while attempting to be alert. Seriously.
The next day I remember different points and feel awake with the calmness of calm~
- A VERY good investment in a Refreshment of Relaxation!

The Guided Imagery portion of the CD was most effective for allowing me to really slow down and relax. The narrator's peaceful voice was well matched to the beautiful music contained within the CD. It really was a very calming experience and a perfect end to another busy day.

This CD is so relaxing. I listen to it often before bed and I find it much easier to fall into a deep sleep. I also gave this CD to my mother to listen to a couple days before my brother's wedding. She seemed much more calm and collected the two days before the wedding than she had been the whole month before! It is so soothing; I highly recommend it.
