Read and wonder... Greatest Hits by Howard Fast!!, February 8, 2001
This review is from: Time and the Riddle (Mass Market Paperback)
These are stories that provokes you, angers you, makes you want to know the answer to all the questions hidden under every sentence you read. More than everything they catch you with their twistedness, their humor and their frankness. It's an easy read, also very very funny, and Howard Fast has asked all the questions that makes us humans, but has been honest enough not to answer any of them. Maybe because its our curiousity towards them that makes life worth living. And maybe because some of them shall not be answered for a long long time ahead. It brings you back to your childhood, when it was a lot easier to wonder whether angels really existed, or insects could think or from where you came from.
Personally, I think this is his best work. Personally I think that these are the best stories I've read in my life.
