My first attempt at clip list petals. I can see the plastic shattering on rocks as I have come close to doing that. But it's just nice to have that extra grip when I can't clip and I need to get out of the situation. Escape at times can be difficult, but you learn and get used to the tension needed. You cannot youcan adjust the tension, it just takes a little work, and some trial and error

Great pedals, easy to set up, light, great feel on the cleat, is definitely the closest clip less pedal to a flat. Works gret on the DH bike, I feel so much more in controll.

I've been riding on these pedals for about a month now and have covered 300km over a variety of surfaces ranging from pavement to fire roads, doubletrack, and even some technical singletrack with logs and such. So far so good. I have not had any trouble clipping in and out, I love the platform for the extra contact surface, the clips engage and disengage easily, and it simply feels awesome being attached to the bike! Since getting accustomed to them, I look forward to each ride more.

I highly recommend these pedals.

I have always ride MTB with platform pedals, and this is my first set of clipless pedals. They look really well done, not made in china pedals. Really good strong materials. You can adjust the spring tension, and you have a good contact surface for your shoes. I am using it with a pair of Pearl iZUMi X-Alp Seek III WRX shoes and for the clip-in I have no problem, but for the clip-out I feel it a little hard, maybe is because is my first time with clipless pedals.
Any way, good pedals, great quality.
