Great Product, Great Customer Service, December 5, 2005

Educational and fun!! I purchased the dinosaur watch for my dino crazed son and was shipped the panda watch by mistake. I thought "great, the beginning of my Christmas inconveniences." I e-mailed Zoobee and they immediately replied. I was going to be happy if they paid for the return shipping and sent me the correct watch in a timely manner. I was soooo impressed with their customer service. Not only did they OVERNIGHT me the dinosaur watch, they told me to keep the panda watch (as their apology) and give it to another child. I have never reviewed a product on Amazon but felt compelled to do so after Zoobee treated me so well.
These watches are great for young children learning to tell time. Durable and comfortable for the child to wear. The watch comes with a little activity book, too. If you are looking for a great gift that won't end up on the bottom of the toy box, buy one of these watches. They come in many different designs, too.

defective watch bands, June 15, 2006

I bought two time teaching watches & within two weeks the bands unraveled. The boys didn't even ware them to school, for fear of losing them.I've contacted zoobee, but haven't heard back.
