I really like this CD (released in 2001) - mainly for 5 tracks.
First, the opener 'You are my starship' - OK, it's another rendition of the timeless classic. But believe me, this one is the best I've ever heard !!! Then, there are two good funky groovers: 'Ain't nuthin but a jam' and 'She's my Lady'. Finally, the mid-ballads: 'Girl you got a Body' (with its rich guitar all along) and consequently 'Oh what a night' (deep and very original). It's all about Love... I'm grateful that these guys continue to spread their modern sounds (like the Barkays or ConFunkShun for example) Congratulations for the Chase Design Group who made a beautiful front cover for the stuff.
