Fun for Adults and Kids alike!,
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: The Time Warp of Dr Brain 4 (CD-ROM)
Play 10 games as you travel through time. Each game can be played as Novice, Expert, or Genius skill levels (making it fun for kids or grown-ups).1) Primordial Soup--play as an amoeba while dividing to create more amoebas, and attacking other amoebas to rule the primordial ooze. 2) Spelunking--play as a lung fish, breathe air bubbles that come sporadically from vents while swimming through a maze to make it out the other side, watch out for dangerous fish and dead ends. Don't run out of air! 3) Lizards and Eggs--play as a prehistoric lizard who hatches it's eggs on warm lava vents. The vents will eventually cool, so you must shuffle your eggs from vent to vent keeping them warm so they can hatch. Don't let your egg get too cold or it will go bad. 4) Beaver Dam--you are a beaver swimming in the river and have to gather twigs and sticks to build your dam while pushing logs that damage your dam out of the way. 5) Caveman Rock--arrange the parts of a caveman band until the song they play matches the one played on the prehistoric record. 6) Monkey See Monkey Do--build words out of letters you are given. Make more words than your opponent (a monkey). For a real challange try Genius level on this one--it's all done in sign language. 7) Alchemy--make your lab creation match the finished container in color, fluid-level, temperature and sound (ping the glass container with your finger and it makes a sound). Put your creation through a Rube Goldberg-like contraption to increase or decrease each characteristic until you have it just right. 8) Gridlock--Get each futuristic vehicle through the maze from its beginning to its destination without any of the vehicles crashing. 9) Spaceshop--duplicate a space station from the plans. Make sure you rotate the plans to see it from all angles. Some pieces look just like others from certain angles. 10) Brainwaves--solve the logic puzzles by receiving clues from brains kept alive in some kind of nutrient liquid.

I love this game i played it when i was 9 years old till i was 13 then my cd broke. I looked for it online and finally found it. It is perfect for any age group from 8 years old till 80 years old. This game challenges the mind in great ways and it is a great way to get your brain thinking

= Fun:3.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: The Time Warp of Dr Brain 4 (CD-ROM)
The Dr. Brain series has always prided itself on challenging puzzles that help children learn, while having fun at the same time. This game, however, has unexciting puzzles that are not only far too easy, but also extremely mundane. With the exception of the the primordial soup puzzle, which is relatively simple, but fun, the game's puzzles are extremely repetitive. By the end, the game is hardly a challenge at all, but I doubt most people will have the patience to play the whole way through anyway.
