Take a Trip Back to the Time of Your Life, November 7, 2001
This review is from: Time of Your Life (Good Riddance) (Audio CD)
Though this song was released a decade ago, it still remains a personal favorite. Generally speaking, I'm not a fan of Green Day at all, but as far as I'm concerned, this is one of the all-time best of the nineties. There's something very comforting about the song. During everytime of personal crisis, the song can help. With it's simple guitar riffs and basic but beautiful lyrics, you just can't help but love it. After the World Trade Center was attacked, I dug through all my old CDs looking for some sort of solace. This is the only CD that not only calmed me down but also helped me think. If you've never heard it, buy it today. If you fondly remember it from not so long ago, now's your chance to pick it up.

Great single shows Green Days lighter side, June 25, 2000
I've liked Green Day for years now. But then they came out with Nimrod and took the world by surprise by writing one of the best and most memorable slow-paced rock songs of our time. This CD not only gives you that song, but also two others that were only released on the pricy Austrailian import of Nimrod. Both these songs diverge from their harder attitude and are great for people who like Green day songs like Time of your life but not stuff like Basket Case or Brain Stew.

Have The Time Of Your Life, December 16, 2003
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Time of Your Life (Good Riddance) (Audio CD)
I like Greenday quite a bit, they're one of my favorite bands. I also love this song, it's one of the best. I know a lot of you will read this and think "who is this person kidding, that is SO not the best song" (well maybe not those exact words) but I still love it. It's very true, and makes a great graduation song or "goodbye" song.If they play this at gradution, I know I'll cry. Don't laugh! It takes a good, emotional to get me worked up like that, so that says something. Well, I'll get off my soapbox now. Have the time of your life listening to this song. As long as you're expecting something TOO edgy, I know you will.
