As mothers, we find ourselves accustomed to juggling millions of things at once, only to find ourselves overwhelmed and uncertain about who we really are or where we stand in the world. Whether it's to our children, jobs, spouses, or family, we often times find ourselves second or forgotten. Rarely because our loved ones are not well intentioned but instead because we have fallen into the pits of unrealistic expectations of self and very poor self care. Time for mom-Me, 5 Essential Strategies for a Mother's Self-Care reveals just that. It's a God send; a wake up call on how neglecting Self deprives one of the fullness of life as a woman who happens to be a mother and an invaluable toolkit to help us negotiate the same level of care and attention that we so graciously give to others.

The perfect book for moms of all ages. The book explains how to get on track with addressing the needs of mothers as people. It helped me reaffirm that I have to take care of myself in order to take care of my family. More importantly, the book gave me an easy to follow outline for getting back on track with who I am outside of the mommy role.

As a working mom my life is too hectic for tedious how-to books. This book is concise, easy to read, and to the point. It works well for my on the go lifesytle. There are pages to make notes and it fits in my purse! Absolutely love it!

Mia is a dynamic woman, and I found there was no need to get a sex change or even have a baby in order to enjoy this book. This book is about making things work, creating balance, being in action and creating leverage. I recommend this to Perfect Networkers and to entrepreneurs, professional business people and anyone that needs more time. I believe this book is a must read for Dad's so that there is more support in the family. Thanks Mia!
