Version 4 of TValue is the old version of the product and they are trying to liquidating their remaining inventory. The new version has been released and the company is not offering a free upgrade to the new version for recent purchasers. Below is the letter that I recieved from TValue software :
I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Amazon is liquidating old inventory, TValue Version 4. This is the primary reason you received such a great price. The cost for TValue Version 5 is $149. I will upgrade you to TValue 5 for $70. Your total cost would be $129 ($59.99 + $70), a $20 savings. Please let me know where I should ship the current version, TValue 5? We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

This product is fabulous. You can get as creative as you want and it will still do your computations. If you have any need todo any amortization, return on investment, yield calculation or just structuring a deal. You cannot do it better than using TValue. It can do it all.
