I bought this book based on a great review from the bowsite.com. The high ratings are very well deserved and it is well worth the price.

I've been bowhunting for the last 6 years, traditonal for the last 4. I've read dozens of books on the bowhunting and several on target archery. This book is with the best 4 or 5. It covers several topics I've never seen mentioned in other books. The more common topics are like arrow spine are covered in a fresh and far superior way. Most of the chapters have enough overlap that they are worth reading even it "you don't shoot that kind of bow".

Putting this book into practice will make you a better archer and a better bowhunter.

Very nice book that gives tips on making the proper shot in certain scenarios. The author explains concepts in simple paragraphs keeping it short. The chapters average about 4-5 pages each so reading this book is a joy. (I'm not much of a recreational reader and this book gets to the point fast. I like that)
