For an artist like Fremont John who’s music can best be described as Acoustic Rock for experienced adults, he serves as a melodic insight into what is really important in our lives.

In his new CD entitled, Timeline, he brings to light real stories everyone can relate to. Often autobiographical in nature, he reminds us in featured songs like the title track that we have to be true to ourselves at all times. Whether it’s chasing our dreams or being in relationships or surviving the situations we put ourselves in, we have to stay authentic.

Freemont John Ashton is one of those rare artists who still produce quality music and meaningful lyrics in this age of digitally enhanced cookie cutter entertainers. If you enjoy REAL music that has a heart and soul then I strongly recommend this CD. You'll get many hours of listening pleasure from Timeline and discover something new each time you have a listen. I also recommend Guitar Songs and Acoustic Thunder for the same reasons. You won't be disappointed.
