Book Description

his novel is a parallel novel to Times of Trouble and is the third novel of seven in The End Times Saga - Christian Fiction.

A preacher and his family, the Tyler's, have a church that is dying in Arizona. Even though the church is dying, they take care of the remaining senior saints, including the ones in nursing homes and in hospice. The other family in the church, the White's, head to Wyoming to live in a community that was originally started by Doomsday Preppers back in the early 2000′s so they can attempt to escape the increasing persecution of Christians.

Meanwhile, President Collins orders the activation of Camps across the country that will house believers who he thinks are a threat to his rule. His patron, Michael Collins, manipulates events in the Middle East. The Tyler's end up with others in a camp in Arizona, while the White's and the community they live in gets attacked by government troops. Evans continues to manipulate events as the Rapture takes the Christians, and he gains ultimate power.

5.0 out of 5 stars A well researched and written book December 7, 2013
This book, Times of Trial, is a thrilling account of events surround in the end times. It is a fast paced story of what could happen to all the world's Christians when one man wants to control the world, when he has the examples of past failures. The most fascinating part for me was the description of the volcano in Yellowstone. My own imaginings were of the Grand Teton blowing a casket in the near future. I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys thrilling tales and, especially any Baptists and other Christians with the same view of the last book of the Bible, for an interesting and informative description of the Revelation of John to the churches.

5.0 out of 5 stars Times of Trial - I thought was quite an exciting book! February 26, 2014
By Angela
Format:Kindle Edition
I give this book and author five stars for a wonderful exciting and moving mystery of the End Times. You will find as I did once you get really into this story that It will be very, very difficult to set it down even when you may have to for obvious reasons, right? I really liked the way the author made the characters seem to come alive as if you had known them yourself. Besides all the reasons that I have already stated above. I recommend this book for all the reasons that I have already mentioned here and for anyone who may like to see a foretaste of what could happen in the unforeseen
future for those of us who may still be around here on planet earth and in America. I received this book free and in exchange I am doing reviews for this author now! Great book! Great job,Cliff! By Angela

4.0 out of 5 stars Realistic read! July 18, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition
In the third of the series, Cliff Ball has given a fast-paced read with a truly wonderful ending. Actually, book two and book three are more like siblings, both happening in the same time frame. Enjoyable from start to finish, I received a copy to review honestly. This was really a good and very timely read. All believers should read this!

5.0 out of 5 stars More Military of the Three Books June 26, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition
Another thought provoking novel by Cliff Ball! What would happen if Christians were rounded up and sent to "re-education camps"? Some Christians have been getting ready for this day, taking lessons from doomsday preppers- making bunkers, booby-trapping their farms, and stockpiling weapons and food. The militia is sent to battle and roundup these "rebels". After they are placed in the camps, the Christians show mercy to each other in taking care of the elderly and uplifting each other- ministering by example to their keepers. They are just left there until the collapse of the U.S., when the guards are told to lock the doors and just let them die. Meanwhile, leaders in government are seen manipulating events and each other in the quest to become ruler of the world. Does the evilest man win? Which one is it? I was given a copy of this book in return for my honest review.

5.0 out of 5 stars Engaging with Biblical end time prophetic themes April 5, 2013
The book Times of Trial, by Cliff Ball, will interestingly allow your imagination to ponder on the future, the Government, and just how many restrictions may be placed on future Christians. Though a fictional piece, author Ball speaks about and masterfully weaves events in a way where your emotions will empathize with the believers while you see events go from bad to horrific.

You will explore what a society can become as Islam rises, churches decline, and those believers left must leave their present churches and succumb to FEMA underground camp. The persecution the Jews must endure, another bible reality, is also a testament that God is Sovereign and His protection and will prevails.

Talented author Cliff Ball will keep you engaged throughout. I recommend this book to you and other works he has published as they are clear of inappropriate content and suitable to anyone above age 13.
This book was given to me as a gift from Crossreads in exchange for a fair, honest review.

This is a great read about the end times and rapture. I think this a picture of the coming events in our near future if we keep on path we are taking. The story is very good, draws you in and you dont want to put it down. I think that everyone should read this series.

The book has a plot that will interest many, but it not written well. I found it to be written in a childish maner, more like "see Spot run" than a novel.

3.0 out of 5 stars good story but the author needs a proof reader.
Needs proof reader as grammar and syntax are wrong a lot. A lot of repetition and unnecessary pulp. I recommend it

I am not impressed with this book. It transitioned unreasonably and too rapidly in most cases. I was disappointed for the most part.

1.0 out of 5 stars A must not read
By far, one of the worst book I have ever read. It seems like it was written by a fourth grader. Heavy slanted towards ultra-conservative views. Don' t waste your money or time.
