A Great , Great CD, August 14, 2004

If you like Sparklehorse, Belle & Sebastian, The Album Leaf, Pet Sounds era Beach Boys and good orchestral pop, this CD is up your alley. The songs fit together well, the string and vocal arrangements are great and the record takes you on a beautiful emotional ride from beginning to end. This record will take you by surprise it is so good. I hope these guys tour.

A rich, understated, terribly sad little pop record about the slow demise of a relationship. Indulges some psychedelic flourishes but never feels forced. A neglected gem that transcends all its obvious comparisons.
