This hat came as a freebie for my watch purchased and I can't be happier. The quality is great. The material is fast-dry and it is so light yet protective. I wear it every time I go running and by leaving it outside 15 minutes it gets dry. Great product and definitively I recommend it :)

I got this hat as a freebee for ordering an Ironman watch. I'm a distance runner and this hat is great. Lightweight, easy to pack away in a bag when not in use. It almost feels like there isn't a hat on your head. You can machine wash this hat to use over and over.

I got this free when purchasing a Timex watch from Amazon.com The hat is light, does not bleed on one's head despite plenty of sweating and not washing. It does an excellent job of wicking away perspiration and does not smell (check with wife) after use.

I was very pleased to receive this Timex Hat as a bonus when purchasing an additional one of my favorite Timex Ironman watches. The cap is lightweight, with an adjustable tab in back, and CoolMax is one of my favorite fabrics due to its quick dry and wicking characteristics. I am a marathoner who has worn it on several training runs; it is much lighter weight than some of my other caps and is also very flexible so if I want to take it off for a while it easily folds and tucks into the belt holding my water bottle and I don't even notice it.

There are three reasons why I only rated it four stars; these might or might not matter to others. First, while I know CoolMax items are usually more expensive, the stated price seems a little high for a minimal amount of material. Of course, since I got it as a bonus for a purchase which I was making anyway, the price was right for me. Second, the fast dry feature is great for wicking sweat, but can be a drawback on really hot days when I sometimes pour water on my head at a water stop in order to keep cool. My lightweight canvas caps actually absorb the water and have a cooling effect until it evaporates, whereas this simply drys almost immediately. Third, while the head band around the cap is adjustable, the cap itself fits much more tightly on my head than most other caps I have, which generally have elastic headbands to hold the cap in place but are somewhat roomier on top. (FYI: my hat size is 7 1/4.)

Summary: very glad I own it, especially when traveling since it takes up almost no space at all when packed.

Well, its a hat, decent hat, wish it didnt say Timex, it would be much better! :)

I am not much of a hat girl, but this is a nice hat, really light and airy, and it looks great. I love to wear it when I am having a bad hair day. Men will like this more I believe.

I like to wear hats to keep my hair out of my face while gardening, I am always getting covered with dirt and sweat, and this hat washes up great. I probably wouldn't have purchased it, but it was free with a watch, so I really loved it.

My son was pleasantly surprised when this hat came along with my purchase of a timex indiglo watch! It is very nice.

This came with a watch for my son. He adores this hat and says that it is the most comfy he's ever worn.

The cap is very comfortable, and the brim is well designed to block the sun. The concept of a washable cap is very attractive, but I haven't washed it yet. Note that a laudry bage is suggested for machine washing.

The cap also has a "Persperation Technology" head band, which I hope will be effective during the warmer months, and is easly adjusted.

If it works as advertised, I would certainly recommend it.
