The gold and silver on theis watch goes with every piece of jewelry and the numbers are easy to read.

The watch also streches to fit almost any woman comforabley.

This watch is very pretty, and a good value for the money. It does pinch a bit so I would recommend it for small wrists.

I've owned this watch 3 times now and it continues to be a favorite. My only problem is that the band breaks easily. The band should not be twisted or played with or else it will snap.

I purchased this watch because there was a review stating it would be good for a small wrist. I guess my wrist is very small, because the band was too big. My jeweler said the watch was too delicate for him to remove any links. Amazon was very helpful in the return of the watch.

Just what she wanted and why I don't know. In any case, I'm off the hook which is all that counts. She says it keeps "precise" time.

I purchased this watch two years ago - the battery just died but I plan on replacing it as long as the cost is lower than purchasing a new one. This has been the first watch I've owned that hasn't broken, died prematurely, gotten water into the supposedly "water-resistant" casing, or otherwise failed.

The metal band is comfortable and the expansion links CAN be removed if you have a smaller wrist - you just have to find a jeweler comfortable with doing so. The band measures approximately 6.5" (16.5cm), so it should fit most average wrists (I had to have a few links removed, but the adjustment didn't negatively affect my opinion - it's nearly impossible to find a manufacturer who sells watch bands for a 6" wrist measurement). Because the expansion band does pinch when extended, larger women might want to find a different band type.

I have had no problems with the band warping or bending in two years of every-day wear, and I play with my jewelry a lot. I've smacked the watch on countertops, dropped it, let it bang around in purses and pockets... and it has held up admirably. The fine wear on the finish is hardly noticeable, and the watch face is unblemished. I do not recommend testing the water-resistant properties by submerging it, since it's really only rain resistant (it has not leaked after two years of splashing while washing hands, but I don't leave it on when I do the dishes and try to keep it covered during heavy rain).

The classic, elegant styling looks great on the wrist, doesn't overwhelm for those of us with small wrists and hands, and works with any jewelry you like. This is a watch I'd definitely buy again!

I needed a watch for everyday as I have a nice one for dress. This works very well and is attractive.

A good everyday serviceable watch. Easy to read and matches both gold and
silver. Expansion is a little tight for me but will eventually stretch out.

The watch I received didnt keep time; it ran way fast. I returned it. If I could figure out how to remove the one star that is chosen in the rating, I would do so.

If I could give this product 0 stars I would! It is not a countdown watch, nor is it a stop watch! If it were a countdown/timer/stop watch, it would not have only a stem, it would also have a second button to control the countdown. Amazon knows this, because I returned the one I ordered from them about 6 months ago, and we had a "discussion" about return postage because the item is not as advertised. Timex does make a true (digital)countdown watch for about $20. It isn't pretty, but it works well.
