This watch is an total disappointment. It is nice to look at, but that's it! The compass needs re-calibration all the time and is only accurate half of the time. Cannot comment on the tide function since I don't use at all. The worst part of this watch is that the metal material is horrifyingly FRAGILE! Yes, Fragile, the screw on the metal band was twisted broken the first time I tried to adjust the size. The softness made me wonder if it is real metal at all. After a few months, the connector between the watch body and the band was separated, and by close examination, one of the metal legs that connects the band to the case body was just cracked and broke off. The quality of the metal is incredibly low, lower than the regular Timex watch at half the price. Don't understand why Timex is making these craps.
