Designed for active, outdoor lifestyles--as well as the rigors of harsh urban landscapes--the petite-sized Timex T47852 Expedition digital watch adds a stylish yet rugged complement to your everyday wear. Perfect for smaller wrists, it features a round resin watch case in black with a metallic silver top ring and a black nylon Fast Wrap strap (with Velcro fastener). Timing features include a 100-hour chronograph with lap or split options, 99-lap counter, 24-hour countdown timer, and second time zone with date. It also offers three alarms with daily, weekday, and weekend options, and water resistance to 100 meters (330 feet).

The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer. The Night Mode feature allows you to illuminate the Indiglo night-light for 3 seconds with any button press, regardless of the mode or function.

I've had this watch for at least five years. I went through through several wristbands until I found the speed-wrap that I have now. I've never had to change the batteries. It's all scuffed up, but the scuffs wear off and the face is completely readable. Since it is a bit worn looking, I sometimes consider getting a new one, but can't make myself, at least until the batteries wear out.

This watch is not only practical, but fun to wear. Its velcro strap makes it easy to remove and its gadgets make it the ideal tool to track your workouts in the gym. Handy indiglo light too. Best of all, it will take the abuse of your evry day busy life and keep on ticking! A great choice!

This watch is the best value. It is easy to set the time, date & alarm. It shows different time zones. It has a light feature and hourly chime. The watch and band are very rugged. Great for every day use.
