This is an excellent watch. Looks good/comfortable and well designed. I wear glasses and need an analog type watch especially at night. One that I can see without the glasses. The INDIGLO feature of this watch is excellent for night viewing as long as you have good closeup vision or are wearing your glasses. Without either the contrast between the hands and the back-light is not enough to see the time. I know its a personal problem but a lot of people wear glasses and need to see their watch at nite w/o them. That's the ONLY reason for return. I'm stuck with the more expensive LUMINOX type watches......

What I like about this watch is that it is affordable, comfortable and sturdy.

What I think could be improved is that the second hand clearly lost time upon depressing the Indiglo light switch in addition to losing a couple of seconds per day. I have tried swapping out the CR2016 battery, easily done with an eyeglass screwdriver and some petroleum jelly to reseat the seal. However, I believe there is a design issue if the watch continues to lose time.

This watch is optimized for being affordable. It shows in the non-rotating bezel which is a cosmetic non-functional dispaly. It shows in the accuracy of the watch not keeping up with time. It shows in the circuit malfunction of the second hand stopping when the Indiglo light switch was depressed. If you don't mind recalibrating it with a more accurate watch, it should be a fine comfortable addition to any collection.

This is a very handsome timepiece, nice design, seems to be sturdy. Only dissapointment is that the bezel doesn't move. If the bezel was able to move to track elapsed time, this watch would have been perfect.

Arrived just in time for Christmas. In great condition, packed really well. My husband loves Timex watches and he loved it! Watch is just beautiful!

The Timex Men's T498339J Expedition Rugged Analog Green Case Black Fastwrap Watch, or TMTERAGCBFW for short, is a great looking, durable watch. I bought this watch before traveling to Australia for a month. I needed an inexpensive watch that I could beat up and not worry about it getting lost or stolen. This watch powered through with flying colors. It's been slammed into several walls, it's been subjected to sun, sweat, saltwater and beer. And it's still ticking.

This watch is water resistant to 50 m. It has the Indiglo lighting system, which is super bright in complete darkness. And, it has a nylon wristband with a velcro loop closure. It is beautiful in its simplicity. Although, I am fairly certain that when the battery runs out, it will cost more to replace the battery than what I originally paid for the watch. Despite this, I highly recommend this watch.

I was disappointed when the crystal had several noticable scratches in it after wearing the watch just a couple of days under normal wear and tear. This doesn't need to be the case if the crystal material was a little better quality, as I have owned numerous other watches that have not done this.

This watch was a gift for my father in law, and he is very pleased, good quality and light watch. perfect for walking and do some exercise, and have and elegant and classy look too! Besides the price is a real bargain!!!

Watch exactly what I was looking for, rugged and solid, face is a little thicker than I was looking for but still a good looking feeling watch.

this watch is a simple time piece for the guy who just needs to know the time. A good fitting watch that is well sized and has almost no weight to it. I have a very active lifestyle and I "fly" through these types of watches so I was not surprised when the Acyrilic scratched after just two days in the field. the water has not effected this watch either. in conclusion after thirty days of putting this watch to the test i would say that it meets my criteria for a "good work watch"... the three star rating is because the watch is perfectly designed to be a mid-range, moderate watch, no more no less.
