This product is amazing, first it displays your heart rate constantly and it has a beeping alarm that lets you know when you are going too quick or too slow.It's not hard to set it up, and very easy to use once you are in the field, on the other hand the fact that the batteries on both the receiver and the watch are user serviceable is a plus, unlike the Polar products that you have to ship it to them. I would strongly recommend this to anyone that is planning to get in shape or wants to enhance his/her workout.

I love this heart rate monitor! Part of the reason I got it is that I already had a Timex digital watch, so I knew many of the functions and features would be similar. I find the monitor easy to use and it comes with a good set of instructions. I've had it for several months and neither the chest strap nor the watch is showing any signs of wear.

For the price, this watch is quite capable. I wanted something with replaceable batteries (after spending a fortune on Polar watches).However, I cannot figure out how to silence the very annoying "beep" when the monitor is working. It's very high pitched and irritating. When my heart rate is "in zone" it stops, but that's only a fraction of the time.
