I had high hopes..., January 31, 2012

I really liked the look of this watch. For the $50ish odd dollars that I spent, I thought it was a good deal. I am a track coach and I wore it to practice and told a couple of the kids..."check out my new watch". Well, about a week into it, I went to tighten up the band a bit...and the screws that hold the band to the watch stripped right out. I found this so hard to believe. There was no fixing it. I threw out all the packaging because I figured what can go wrong with a watch, so there will be no return. In any event, I expected more for my $50 and I am left feeling taken. I mean really, this company makes so called quality watches every day of the year...how can they possibly put out a product this poor?
