I found the watch to be very sturdy, light-weight, and it has a nice Indiglo feature as well.

I usually purchase this same watch every year because of its' durability, look, and affordability. This years upgrade looks and feels amazing. I usually have to purchase a separate Velcro strap because I don't like the feel of the stiff nylon wrist strap, but this year the upgraded strap is soft yet durable, especially since the Velcro straps usually fall apart in a few months, unlike the nylon ones. Plus, they have made the indiglo light up the numbers and letters rather than just the back which saves battery and is easier to see. This watch will last you two years wearing it 24/7 in the shower, pool, and even scuba diving to a certain extent. I truly recommend this years model of watch.

Timex has made another reliable watch for me. This is the second Timex I've had, the first one I gave away on a mission trip and then purchased this one. I really like the rugged look with the orange accent. I feel comfortable swimming, running, biking, and beating it up because it's a tough watch! I feel like some people don't have a positive thing to say about their purchases so I give this watch a 5-star and a great recommendation for this price range.

I had been a long time wearer of Timex's 100 lap series watches. They weren't the highest quality, but an easy to read face and simple, functional features always kept me coming back.
I decided to make a change this time, to the T5K341, hoping for a more robust watch re shock resistance, and increased water resistance (200m vs 100m). I haven't had it long enough to give a valid opinion of its durability, but true to Timex tradition, it has an easy to read face, and intuitive features. There really isn't a need for an owner's manual.
This watch sits slightly higher off the wrist than the 100 lap Ironman does, but it's not really an issue, at least to me.
The band is nice, and appears to be an upgrade from the 100 lap models.
The price for this particular color (less than $26.00) is a bargain, considering that some sites literally charge up to its list price of $70.00, depending on the color.
    So far, completely satisfied!

I bought this watch almost a year ago for scuba diving. Overall I have to say it is a good watch that is rated to 200m (660ft)depth. Watch is very durable, displays digits clearly, has timer, a chrono functions. The only big downside in my opinion is that the 30 lap memory function is not very practical. The reasons I bought this watch was because it is cheap, durable, waterproof, AND because of its 30 laps memory. The 30 laps memory turned out to be a little complicated to use, so usually I don't use this function. I think the watch is very good for its price and for recreational activities. Also if you loose it, it's only $50...
This watch can be used for scuba diving, I took it to the depth of 115 feet, it worked perfectly; of course it is NOT a dive computer, but it can be used as a timing device during diving.

This is a fantastic watch that I use for running. The only thing this watch can't do is track your miles with a GPS. But if you already know your distance, or running on a track, you can record your splits. I found the watch to be very sturdy, light-weight, and it has a nice Indiglo feature as well. It's a little tricky to get off but once you get the hang of it that's also easy, and I appreciate that it stays secure on my wrist. Overall a great product at a great cost.

This watch is a nice basic lap-timer watch. It has all the functions
I use normally, and not a lot of bells and whistles.

I just bought my third one (I usually replace them every couple of
years when the battery wears out). I keep buying the same one because I'm really happy with this one.

This particular model has a plastic armband. It is pretty nice, but I did like the metal band better as the plastic band tends to stick ever so slightly to the skin.

I've been wearing Ironman watches for about 16 years, this is my fourth one. I've yet to have one that quit working, just the bands break after a few years. Back in the day, Longs drug store stocked a good selection of Timex bands, but that store is long gone. (No pun.)

The first one I owned, one of the spring pins got bent slightly, and instead of replacing it I put it back in. After repeating that a few times it damaged a hole the pin fits into and even a new pin couldn't fix it. I honestly can't recall what happened to the second one, probably the same thing as the one I just replaced, difficulty finding the right replacement band.

I found my latest one on sale for $25 a few days ago, figured I'd cut my losses on the band search, and did what I typically despise: replacing something that's in great condition other than some minor plastic part broken. Trouble is (and the reason I only gave it 3 stars) the new Indiglo sucks in low light, compared to the old.

The old Indiglo (which is awesome, and was the main reason I bought the first one way back when) back-lit the face and the numbers were dark. The new Indiglo is the reverse, lighted numbers against a dark background. In darkness it's just fine, but in low light, like around dawn or dusk, it's very difficult to see clearly, in fact this morning I thought it was broken!

I think the reason is, dark numbers against a light background is the natural look of LCDs in good lighting. Old Indiglo maintained consistency with that scheme, it merely flooded the background with that awesome blueish light. The new Indiglo apparently pulls some kind of trick to only light the numbers, but in doing so this only serves to reduce the contrast within a certain range of low lighting.
