The Timex T75201 Youth watch is reliable, durable, and readable in the dark, thanks to the integrated Indiglo night-light, but it's also flat-out fun to wear. This quartz analog watch features an easily readable, full Arabic numeral display and smaller 5-minute notations on the outside of the dial. It also has small sports balls that rotate around the dial with the hands, and a comfortable elastic fabric strap (for better dirt and stain resistance) with basketballs, baseballs, and soccer balls against a blue base. This watch also offers water resistance to 30 meters (99 feet), durable black resin case, different colored hour and minute hands, and Timex's unique Kids Loss Protection Plan. It's recommended for children ages 6 and older.
The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer.
Timex understands that kids often lose things, even their most prized possessions, which is why this watch is covered by the Timex Kids Loss Protection Plan. If the watch is lost, Timex will replace it with the same style (or similar if your style is not available) at the price of $10 for up to one year from the original date of purchase, with no questions asked. Details are included in the printed instructions that come with the watch.

The plus is that it is inexpensive, so you won't care what your child would do with it. The negative is that it doesn't keep time very well. I'll look at it, and it would be 5 to 10 minutes behind. You could adjust it, and it will be behind, again. Don't know what the problem is with this watch!

Disappointing,

We bought these for our boys (ages 5 and 7). While I agree that the adjustable band is great and durable, the timepiece ran slow after only a couple of months. Not only that, the indiglo feature stopped working too. If your kids are learning to tell time, and don't care if they have the correct time, this is an okay watch.

These are great! I bought the black one with the lightening bolts for my 6 yr old. I think he wore it for more than a year constantly except to take a bath and for swim class (including at night). The battery died after a little more than a year. Unfortunately, to replace the battery with a water tight seal cost $25. I told him we'd buy a new watch. He chose the spaceship one... then he didn't wear it for 6 months. The other one is still in his drawer. He just started wearing it again... he loves it! I WILL buy one for my second son... probably the green one with the frogs!
