My daugther loved this watch. Initially, she wanted the very expensive Flik Flak by Swatch. Luckily, I found this alternative, which she preferred, for les than half the price! This watch has a very bright light (INDIGLO) when you press the crown.

My only complain is that the elastic band is too long. I had to adjust it for my 7 year old and there is too much "extra" band. Not a big deal.

The watch comes with a $10 replacement warranty in case that the watch is lost.

I purchased this watch for my granddaughter, who is just learning to tell time. It is a cute little watch with an unfortunate design flaw. There is no second hand. The little flowers that you see on the watch face take the place of the second hand and rotate around the dial. As they do this they cover up the hour and/or minute hand for about 15 seconds, making the watch hard to read. Learning to tell time can be difficult enough for a child without this added distraction.

No complaints (yet). Hopefully the watch will last. My 7 year old daughter loves it and so far it has been working fine and looks adorable on her. She loves the pretty flowers that rotate with the seconds. I am very pleased so far.

Both of our girls have these watches and they absolutely love them! With the extra numbers on the face of the watch, they learned to tell time very quickly. The stretch band is wonderful for children with tiny wrists, like our girls have. The band is also easy to take off and wash if needed. We HIGHLY recommend this watch.

my 4 year old daughter loves this watch. good adjustable watch band though it seems like it might be pulled off easily since it is stretchy. indiglo feature is great. good first watch.

My daughter loves this watch! The strap is so easy to adjust and comfortable. She's received so many compliments on it.

it was perfect for my 6 year old, except, as the other reviewers said, it wasn't waterproof, as advertised. we didn't take it swimming; she just washes her hands and it sometimes gets wet, but i assumed the watch could withstand that. a year later, and now the watch slows down 10 minutes every few days. i'm thinking that it's due to the water nonresistance, because it's just not that old or abused; the crystal isn't scratched up at all and the indiglo function still works. i'm very disappointed. googling "timex watches" finds many complaints of slowing down, so no more timex watches for us!

The most important thing is that my daughter was thrilled to get it for her birthday and hasn't taken it off since. But I agree with one of the reviewers that the second-hand flower ornament should have been made smaller so as to never block visibility of the hour hand. Minor gripe - as I said, she loves it :)

High value for the price. Bought for my 10-year old daughter. She loves it. Watch works well, takes a lickin and keeps on tickin, adjustable elastic band is nice for fitting, lots of cute design elements makes it a winner for the pink & purple loving girl in your life. Easy to set the time, Timex brand and warranty.

Perfect watch for a little girl learning to tell time, but also great for one who already knows. Indiglo light is purple.
